Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My mission is to support and empower you along your healing journey. During a session, I provide therapeutic massage, energy work, and intuitive guidance to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and pain and realign your energy to its highest and healthiest potential.

My therapeutic style is unique, intuitive, and supports whole body healing in a way that transforms your well being. The session is yours to relax and receive. I work with all four aspects of your body; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. During a session you will be guided to release low vibrations, limiting beliefs, resistance, and stress. This allows you to naturally shift into a higher and lighter version of yourself so that you can receive the healing and ALIGN with your optimal state of well being. Your natural state is one of health and wellbeing.

During a Soul Contract Reading, I work with your energy body and your individual, unique energetic signature (your birth name). This type of reading explores your Soul’s journey here on Earth and outlines your life map. Your unique birth name sets out the experiences that your soul has chosen for this lifetime. I will explore the sound frequency of the letters in your name to reveal your karma (challenges), talents, goals and your soul’s destiny. This type of reading illuminates your deepest TRUTHS, and validates your purpose in this life.
